Return Policy

At realtiel, every custom jersey is made especially for you — with your chosen name, number, and design. We take great care to ensure each order meets our quality standards.

Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or design preferences once production has begun. However, if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• The item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• You received a different product than what you ordered.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at henrydatech@outlook.com, and include:

1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos showing the problem

Our team will review your request and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each jersey is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Typographical or design errors provided by the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
